Bouchard Aine & Fils has been producing fine wines for over 250 years. Based in the historic town of Beaune in the heart of Burgundy they have grown into one of the most important Burgundy wine house. Their "Blanc de Blancs" is based mainly on Chardonnay grapes for smoothness and richness, and out of fidelity to the company's Burgundian roots, which gives the wine its Macconnais style.
Pale in color with yellow hues, the bouquet is full of freshness and hints of summer flowers and touches of vanilla. On the palate it is perfumed and round with subtle flowery aromas with an elegant finish.
