Tasting Note
Full-bodied rich and round with plenty of big fruity flavours from plums and berries. Tannins are smooth and balance the spicy noes so typical of Syrah.
Winemaking
Parcels of the best Syrah grapes are sourced from the south of France and central Spain with production taking place in southern France. Whole bunches are crushed to ensure as much flavour and colour intensity as possible is extracted from the fruit for this full bodied wine.

Rich in fruit and sunshine, this special cuvee charms and fascinates. Its name Capitor comes from the Latin “capio” which means to charm and tempt.
Food pairing
A food friendly wine ideal for big hearty dishes and grilled meats. It is also suitable for strong cheeses and csharing at casual gatherings. This goes well with grilled poultry and meat dishes as well as charcuterie platters and rich vegetable based dishes.
