Thank you for choosing to use our Click and Collect service. Your order will be placed in our lockers on the date you select. Please note:
If you place your order between 12pm-6pm and select same day collection your order will be ready for collection within 1 hour.
If you place your order before 12pm and select same day collection your order will be ready for collection by 1pm Sunday - Thursday & 2pm on Fridays.
If you place your order after 6pm but select same day collection your order will be ready for collection from 1pm the following day
If you haven't collected your order after 24 hours, our team will be in touch by email to remind you. If you haven’t collected within 3 days from your chosen date of pickup your order will be removed from the locker and a refund will be issued.
All Click and Collect orders must be placed via www.gbiexpress.com and paid in advance by credit or debit card online.
To collect your order, simply:

The Click and Collect Centre is open 7 days; 12pm-9pm Sunday - Thursday and 2pm - 10pm on Fridays..
Once in the Click and Collect Centre simply follow the instructions on the terminal. You can either 1) scan the QR code sent to you via the email address registered to your account or 2) enter your phone number and the OTP sent to the email address registered to your account to open the locker.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please leave the stock in the locker and;

By leaving the premises with the stock you accept that the order is correct (unless a member of our team has provided alternative instructions to you via email).
