Tasting Note
This is a lively juicy medium bodied wine with tropical peach and pineapple aromas and hints of lemon blossom. The palate is full of rich melon and peach flavours with a crisp lemon sherbet fresh finish

Winemaking
Chardonnay grapes are grown in the Riverland region which has a climate well suited for growing vines. Warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allow ripe fruit flavours and sugars to develop. Hardly any intervention takes place in the winery so the typical varietal characteristics of Chardonnay are amplified under the watchful eye of winemaker Paul Burnett.
