The estate was originally granted by the Pope to the family for their help during the crusades. Wine production began on the estate three hundred years ago and to this day Saladini Pilastri combines historical local tradition with modern technology.
Winemaking
The hillside vineyards are located on 320 hectares of rich limestone soil in Monteprandone and Spinetoli located in the Rosso Piceno and Falerio DOC zones.
