Shipping And Returns

Minimum order value

1.The minimum order value is BD 20.000 BD for Free delivery. 

Delivery

2. Our obligation is to deliver the products at the delivery address you have specified in your order to a person who appears to be over the age of 21 and a non-Muslim and who appears to be authorised to take delivery. Proof of age and identity will be requested.

3.  Delivery will be free charge on orders over BD 20.000 BD. 

4. Delivery is not available on religious holidays or during the month of Ramadan.

5. We may deliver the products at any time during the day between the hours of 12pm and 9pm (Saturday - Tuesday), 12pm and 11pm (Wednesday ), 12pm and 6am (Thursday), 2pm and 6am (Friday).

6. Deliveries will only be made to private residences in Bahrain. We reserve the right not to make deliveries to any private residence located in the vicinity of religious buildings or schools or any other such establishment at our sole discretion.

7a. Deliveries will be made as per the customer’s instructions.

7b. Only orders placed before 4pm are guaranteed same day delivery, subject to delivery space availability. Same day delivery may be available on orders placed after 4pm. Call us on 17 104 964 and if we can accommodate same day delivery we will.  


8. If there is no one to accept the delivery of your order we will contact you via email or phone to rearrange delivery.

9. We will not have any responsibility or liability for the non-delivery of any products unless either a) the products charged for are not delivered, or b) you give us full details of the shortages within 3 days of the part delivery.

10. Our total liability to you for the non-delivery of any products is limited to delivering the products to you within 7 days of you informing us about the non-delivery. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or higher value in the event of supply shortages. Vintages may vary from those shown.

11. We will not have any responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods arising from incorrect delivery information being provided.

Returns/Refunds

12.GBI Express does not offer refunds on exchange on any purchases. In the case of any quality issues with the product, we are happy to make an exchange only after official examination of the product by the management.

Quality

13. We will not have any responsibility or liability in connection with any defects in the quality of products purchased at GBIEXPRESS.com unless we are informed full details of the defects within 7 days.

Other

14. To the full extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the GBIEXPRESS.com site.

15. Discount is only offered to registered users that place their order directly through the website or mobile app. Customers that place an order via one of our customer service agents either by phone, email, Whatsapp, live chat or instant messenger will have their order processed through the Speedy Checkout where no discount is applied.
