Early harvested Pinot Nero grapes are crushed and left to rest with the skins for only a few hours. The result is a beautiful vibrant pink wine with gorgeous fruit aromas enhanced with white flowers. Soft strawberry and raspberry flavours linger on the palate with a gentle dry finish.

This stylish wine is an elegant aperitif and the perfect partner for classy party food. It can also accompany light vegetable based dishes such as Vegetarian Carbonara made of zucchini with flakes of salted ricotta cheese and lots of basil.
