Winemaking
A red semi-dry wine made from Zinfandel grapes, which are grown on sandy, rocky and clay-lime soils of the Central Valley of California, near the town of Cutler. Wine from Zinfandel, thanks to the burning California sun, is strong and juicy, like a fruit dessert. Harvested when the berries reach optimum ripeness. Vinification takes place according to the traditional method of creating red wines including a second malolactic fermentation followed by some oak ageing.
