Straw yellow in colour, the nose has notes of white flowers, white fruit and vanilla. The palate has white stone fruits with mineral notes in the finish

The aim in making a wine like NA.TI.VO is to safeguard natural resources and maintain the delicate balance of the grape varieties, to obtain healthy, balanced and richly flavoured grapes. Ever forward looking, the winery works with climate change and conserving natural resources in mind

Winemaking

Grown and elaborated in Sicily, "the region of the sun", this Inzolia glows with freshness and Mediterranean flavours from its superb location. The Inzolia grapes are soft pressed and the must ferments for almost 3 weeks in thermo regulated steel tanks. Maturation is also in steel to preserve the wine’s freshness.
