Thus HeavenSake is the result of blending “a la Francaise” melding with the magnificent heritage of Japanese Sake making.

Nose – Delicately floral, grape, apple, lush tropical fruit

Flavour – Early summer pears, wild red berries, muscat grapes

Serve chilled in a wine glass

Stored in the fridge after opening, sake can last 4 weeks with no oxidation

Uni (sea urchin), lobster, pata negra iberico ham, parmigiano reggiano, ingredients with strong umami.

Desserts: tiramisu, chocolate fondant, crème brûlée.
