A composition by acclaimed French champagne cellar master, Regis Camus, in collaboration with Japan’s most respected sake breweries. Thus HeavenSake is the result of blending “a la Francaise” melding with the magnificent heritage of Japanese Sake making.

Stored in the fridge after opening, sake can last 4 weeks with no oxidation

Uni (sea urchin), lobster, pata negra iberico ham, parmigiano reggiano, ingredients with strong umami.
