A bright, clean and young Sauvignon Blanc made from organically grown grapes. The is nose is intense, displaying aromas of grapefruit, lime, lemon, yellow pepper, white flowers and herbs. There is good concentration on the palate; fresh, with excellent acidity and minerality.
