Winemaking
A medium dry white wine made from Chardonnay grapes, which are grown on sandy, rocky and clay-lime soils of the Central Valley of California, near the town of Cutler. Chardonnay thrives in whereCalifornia, thanks to the burning California sun, is strong and mellow, like typical American apple pie. Harvested when the berries reach optimum ripeness and sugar content. A short maceration takes place with further vinification taking place according to the traditional method of creating white wines.
